Frequently Asked Questions About Photobooth Rental


How many photobooth prints do we get?

As many as you need! Our photo booth rental packages include unlimited prints for the duration of your photo booth rental. We want ALL of your guests to take their photos home!

Can we add a logo or other custom artwork to the photos?

Absolutely! Custom graphics are an available option that allows you to add logos, graphics, borders, and even backgrounds (if we are doing a green screen photo booth for your event).

Will you have someone staffing the photobooth?

Yes – we always have a member of our friendly team on hand for the duration of the photo booth rental to make sure everything with the photobooth runs smoothly and your guests are having fun.

How much space do you need for the photobooth?

At a minimum, we require an area 10ft by 10ft for the photobooth. More space is required if you have additional options for your photo booth rental, such as the sharing station, projector, props, etc. Contact us for a free estimate and we will be able to give you a better idea of the space we will need for your photo booth needs.

Do we get a digital copy of the photos?

Absolutely! After the event is over, we will upload the photobooth photos to a private online gallery for you to view and send you a link to download all of the images.

Do you carry business and liability insurance?

Absolutely. If your event venue requires proof of insurance from vendors, please contact us and we will be happy to forward our insurance information to them.

When do you set up and tear down the photobooth?

We usually arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to setup the photo booth. When the rental time is complete, it usually takes us 30 minutes to pack everything up. If you require an earlier setup time, we may charge an additional fee for idle time.

Do you offer discounts for charity and non-profit events?

We strongly believe in the good work local charities and non-profits are doing. Based on our availability and the size of your event, we may be able to offer special non-profit photo booth pricing. Please get in touch to discuss your event with us.
